Refund & Return Policy

At Organic Panchvati Ayurveda, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you can cancel an order, request a refund, or return a product.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped or is not out for delivery.

  • If the order is already shipped or out for delivery, you may refuse to accept it at the doorstep. Once we receive the product back in unused condition, we will review it for a refund as per this policy.

2. Items Not Eligible for Cancellation

  • Orders for perishable or sensitive items (for example, certain food items or products marked “non‑cancellable”) may not be cancelled once processed.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, expired or wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • You may be asked to share photos or videos of the packaging and product.

  • After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, subject to quality check.

4. Not as Described / Quality Concerns

  • If the product is not as described on our website or does not meet your expectations, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Our team will review your complaint and may ask for more details or photos and then decide whether a return, replacement or partial refund is appropriate.

5. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges


To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels and accessories intact.

  • Items bought during special sales or marked as “non‑returnable” may not be eligible.

  • Certain categories (for example, opened consumables, intimate‑use or customized items) may be fully non‑returnable and will be mentioned on the product page where possible.

6. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions and/or arrange a pickup where available.

  • After we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement, as agreed.

7. Refund Timelines

  • Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (subject to your bank or payment provider’s timelines).

  • Shipping, COD or convenience charges (if any) are generally non‑refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

8. Refused Delivery / Incorrect Details

  • If a prepaid order is not accepted at delivery or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or contact details, we may deduct shipping and handling charges and refund only the remaining amount, if the product returns to us in good condition.
