  1. Service Area

  2. We currently ship orders only within India.

  3. Shipping Partners

  4. All orders are shipped through trusted domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post or similar services).

  5. Dispatch Time
    Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different delivery time is mentioned at checkout.

  6. Delivery Time
    Delivery timelines depend on your location, courier operations, holidays, strikes, natural calamities or other events beyond our control. Any such delay in delivery will not make us liable for any claims, losses or damages.

  7. Shipping Address
    Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Please make sure your name, full address, pin code and mobile number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

  8. Order Confirmation & Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you may receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with basic shipment details or tracking information, if provided by the courier partner. Tracking updates depend on the courier’s own systems.

  9. Shipping Charges
    Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. These charges are non‑refundable once the order is shipped, except in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  10. Non‑Delivery / Returned Shipments
    If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons such as:

    • incorrect or incomplete address,

    • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or

    • refusal to accept the parcel,

    we may deduct the two‑way shipping charges and any applicable handling fees from any refund that may be processed, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  11. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
    If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept the delivery. Take clear photos of the parcel and contact us within 48 hours so we can guide you on the next steps as per our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

  12. Change in Shipping Details
    Requests to change the shipping address or contact number after placing the order will be handled on a best‑effort basis. Changes may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.
